Midtown Alley is a mixed use neighborhood development that has, and continues, to utilize Historic Tax Credits as well as Tax Increment Financing and Brownfield’s Tax Credits to accomplish the adaptive reuse and modernization of what was the center of St. Louis’ automotive district. While working with Jassen Johnson, of Renaissance Development Associates, Eric McMahon assisted financial structuring along with debt and equity placement.
