Hyde Park Historic Renovations

The Hyde Park historic renovations consist of three different phases of historic rehabilitation for the area: Eliot Apartments, Irving School Apartments, and Hyde Park South Apartments. These three developments include 150 single family and duplex units. While Eliot and Hyde Park South Apartments are 100% historic rehabilitation, the Irving School Apartments are comprised of a mixture of historic rehab and new construction. These projects include a comprehensive redevelopment plan and successful rehab of several severely dilapidated historic buildings. Each phase used Federal and Missouri’s Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and when possible, phases also leveraged Historic Tax Credits, Tax Exempt Bond financing, HOME and CDBG funds, City Affordable Housing Trust Funds, among other sources. NDCG plans to continue to develop this area and will submit for funding with future applications to the Missouri Housing Development Commission.
