Michele Duffe has been actively involved in urban real estate for 25 years.  Ms. Duffe has served as the Executive Director of the City of St. Louis’ Land Reutilization Authority and the St. Louis Development Corporation’s Real Estate Division.  In 1998 Ms. Duffe joined The Siedlund Company and also formed Duffe-Nuernberger Realty with Kenneth Nuernberger.  In 2001 Ms. Duffe partnered with Mr. Nuernberger in the formation of ND Consulting Group.

During her service for the City of St. Louis, Ms. Duffe participated in the marketing and maintenance of over 12,000 tax foreclosed properties, as well as special projects such as the buyout of homes damaged by the 1993 floods, design and legislation of Missouri’s Brownfield Redevelopment Program, and an effort to clean up vacant lots throughout the City of St. Louis.

Ms. Duffe also has extensive real estate brokerage experience, including being a member of the both the Commercial Information Exchange and the Multiple Listing Service.  She is also a certified member of the CCIM, a commercial brokerage designation, and GRI, a residential brokerage designation.  Since forming Duffe-Nuernberger Realty and ND Consulting Group, Ms. Duffe has been involved in over  we need to update this number should be about 2x that million of real estate transactions.

In addition to her business activities, Ms. Duffe has been actively involved in the community as a founding member of the Catholic Commission for Housing and St. Margaret’s Housing Corporation, Vice President of the Friends of Tower Grove Park, Board Member of

Beauvois Manor, Vice President of the Shaw Neighborhood Improvement Association, President of 39th Street Redevelopment Corporation, member of St. Vincent de Paul Society, and Development Committee Chair of the 3rd Ward Neighborhood Council.

Ms. Duffe is a graduate of St. Teresa of Avila in Winona, Minnesota with degrees in biology and chemistry.

Michele and her husband Bill raised four children in St. Louis’ historic Shaw neighborhood where they remain active community members.  Michele is the proud and devoted grandmother of one granddaughter and six grandsons.
